|

I don't know if anyone else has had problems with getting in touch with Tom Tom, but I'm finding it to be impossible. I've sent 8, yes 8, enquiries to their support team, and I've not had a single response, apart from a "We have your message and will get back to you..." It has now been 12 weeks since the first request was sent.
All I wanted to know is whether or not the Tom Tom GO has an external antenna socket, as my car has an athermic windshield. |

There is nothing in their literature to suggest such a beastie.
• GPS receiver (built-in): Built-in antenna, 12-channel ‘All-in-View’tracking
I'd have expected it to be listed with this, as an option. _________________ Tim |

I believe that there is an extrrnal antenna connection within the car mounting kit so you should be ok.
One thing to note is that if you want to use things like the postcode app and the speed camera addons you will probably won't be able to.
If they don't respond to sales enquiries what hope do you have once they have you money! _________________ -----------------------------------------------------------

Hi Morris,
I've removed the "&sid=*********************" as it's not necessary.
In fact if people clicked on it before I changed it they might have accidently hijacked your session on the forum.
Regards,
Robert aka Privateer. |
