Upgrade choices from one XL

I currently have a old one xl sat nav, and am looking to upgrade ,i had ruled out the xl2 due to the issues with only 2 gb on board memory.i am interested in getting a bigger screen (5") if possible

I think the tomtom start 25 looks ok for me as i only use it for uk driving, but i am slightly worried the functionality may not be what i am used to as some people on other sites have said that some of the options i have currently are not available on this systems dumbed down user interface.

Any input would be greatly appreciated as i do not want to spend upto 150 pounds on something that will not do what my current one can, even with the iq routes and all
