Speed camera sound files not working on TT720

I have a problem with the sound files for the camera warnings.

I can set the warn near poi sound i.e 30 mph spead warning with the correct sound. I can hear the tomtom say the correct speed. However when driving all I get is the standard "bong".

Please help this is drving me mad !!

Which warning method are you using? OGG or the built in TTS.

If using a computer voice which method are you using, on the Select page after the distance setting; full, brief, sound effect or type you own?

We really need to know every step you make to be able to give specific advice.
