Can I adjust the pocketgps data which I have successfully dowmloaded onto my garmin streetpilot i3, to show a 30mph speed zone warning? if so, how?

If you mean do you want to only show 30mph cameras, then yes. Just delete the non-30 mph files prior to upload.

If you want a warning when you enter a 30 mph zone regardless of the presence of a camera then the answer is no. The database only warns of camera locations and not speed limit changes.
