Lost my GPRS Traffic

Does anybody know the GPRS setting for Vodafone contract please?

Mine was working fine last week, didn't use my TT until today but can't get it to connect to TT server.

Connects to my phone ok, creates connection to internet & according to the data counter on my phone does send and receive a small amount of data but then it bombs out.

I've tried deleting the phone from the TT & deleting the TT from the phone.
Pair them up, no problem but still can't successfully create wireless connection.

Tried manually setting up the connection with about every permutation I can find but still can't get past the 65% mark.

The settings I used are:

APN = pp.vodafone.co.uk
username = web
password = web

(homepage = live.vodafone.com) not on the TomTom but can be used on the phone

DialString = *99# (this assumes your vodaphone APN number (CID) is 1 on your phone for additonal APNs it would be: if CID=2 then *99***2#, if CID=3 then *99***3# etc)

You do not normally need the long dial string if you have the APN set up on your phone.

TomTom tries to create a new APN on your phone with a CID of 5 and some phones do not like this many.

Strangest thing I messed about with the settings some more (before seeing your reply) & now it works

Problem now is I can't remember what settings I used, must be an age thing

Do you know where I would find the settings on the TT please.

Just a query on your setting, I didn't use the "pp" before vodafone.co.uk, I remember that much, wasn't that for PAYG?

My APN number is 2 but I found this out just as my connection started to work, so this wouldn't match but it still works
