my tt one 3rd gen developed a fault several weeks ago, the speaker started to distort, it then started to become worse with broken directions and then completetly stoped,
i sent to tt, to be fixed under warranty, my tt has been returned today and when i got it turned it on put my details home address, time, location etc, i turned it off and left it whilst i had my tea.
i then tried to turn it on for update, map corrections and speed cameras off the pc and nothing, i so i thought maybe dead battery so put on charge, its been charging since 4pm, and ive soft reset for 15secs, held power for 5 secs etc and nothing,
also ive removed the charger and its now on desk still dead, but the green light is still on?

ive allready tried that with the case of the soft reset,
held it for 15 - 20 secs, and still wont turn on, it also charges when connected to usb via pc but the pc doesnt discover the device, so cant even do anything via the pc,
im angry that ive waited about a month allready, for it to be repaired, and then for it to not work on the day its returned is a joke.
i just want to take it back to comet and get my peanuts and buy another, with a none faulty map that actully works and says i live where i live and not 10 miles away!
i remember being told by consumerdirect that if its not repaired after the first attempt i can get a refund??
