Gold standard support

During a recent 4 week cycle trip I had the misfortune to have a button on my 18 month old Active 10 stop working. Whilst the device would still show my position accessing routes was tortuous and I lost the ability to save tracklogs.

Once Satmap understood my predicament they asked where I would be the next day and sent a demo unit to the nearest post office to let me continue my trip.

Whilst I'm not a fan of device failures the Satmap support teams prompt action more than made up for the inconvenience this particular failure caused

Wow! Now that is support well above and beyond reasonable expectations.

The guys at Satmap are a great bunch. Fantastically enthusiastic about their product and deservedly so.

I know the product isn't perfect but it's evolving and at least you know they're listening. Can't say that of many other companies.
