Hi All

On a regular journey I've noticed that at the junction of the A11 / A1307 (fourwentways junction to Cambridge near the A505) TTN3 crashes out to the today screen - the GPS module stays alive but you can't then close it without doing a soft reset (it doesn't appear on the list of programs open) - if you restart ttn3 then it all works ok but closing ttn3 doesn't close the gps.

So far out of 7 trips turning off the a11 onto the a1307 this same behaviour has happened 4 (possibly 5) times! Different days and times but always the same location (half way up the slip road). I have driven approx 1000 miles in the past 3 days and never saw this happen at all but this morning it did it again - is this a map error or something else?

Cheers

Ian

I frequently pass this junction but do not exit on it and have not had a problem.

I suggest you plan a route on your TomTom that starts just before the junction and ends just after. Then go into demonstrate route and see if that crashes your system. I have just tried this and it worked OK.

Do you have any added POIs that appear near this junction?

Mr T

Demo route doesn't crash and no special poi's loaded just the camera database and running checkpoint.

This part of the map has had some work in the ttn3 as in both 1 & 2 the map never recognised that I was driving up the slip road (thought I had remained on the A11 going north) - this is now correctly drawn.

looks like a mystery at the moment

Ian
