Help required please re:- poi loader onto a 765t

Hi all
Have last week bought the 765t after having the 660 which gave up the ghost after 15 months with no satellite signal being received.
I have followed the instructions re downloading the poi's that i need and i have loaded them onto the unit.
Went back into it and all the sections are there but when i went to open a category up it came up as 'No Matches Found' as it did with others.
Have tried deleting them off the unit and re-installing to find the same problem.
Any advice would be gratefully received as i am at the point of throwing it up the wall.

Where are you looking? Custom POIs added by you do not appear in the standard categories but somewhere else. I don't have a Garmin on which to check at the moment.
