I have downloaded files and put them onto my usb dongle named mypois and when i insert into usb hub in the car it reconises it and says New pois would i like to download them
Great it works.
Well i sit there for ages waiting for it to do it and no transfer happens
I have tried redjucing the file even to 1 file of type csv file
and as all as it does is a brief flash on the download bar and then it say wait.
Can you help on this matter many thanks

Rather than start another thread, could you post in the existing one here where there are other Connect users.

We can only advise as per the installation guide but that thread has users who have it working.
