Hi
Recieved my upgrade from TomTom and all is well. Well almost!! I've tried the 3.02 update from TomTom's website but no matter what I do when I go to check the version it still tells me its 3.01.
I installed the program in the default memory and the maps on my cf card.
I have an Ipaq 2210 with 1.10 rom update.
Cheers everyone. |

pauley - some confusion here I think......the upgrade CD from TomTom installs TTN3 v.3.01. The 3.02 update from the website is the GPS driver only....so when both are installed you have TTN3 v.3.01 with GPS driver v.3.02.
If you check on the GPS page you will see v.3.02 414/406. _________________ Tony

Glad I could help - it's usually me that's asking questions and only rarely do I know something that can help someone else. I'd never have got this far without this forum either!! _________________ Tony

Hi - I too have the TTN3 Upgrade CD (V3.01) - do I still need the 3.02 GPS update if I don't have a Bluetooth GPS - just standard TomTom wired GPS?
Cheers

If you want to stick with a version 3 GPS utility, then I would upgrade to 3.02. Whilst the main bugs in 3.00/3.01 are to do with Bluetooth operation, for the couple of minutes it takes to upgrade, it seems best to do so.
