I have a TomTom Rider (1st edition) with no problems until I bought the map update service a few months ago and updated the software to version 7.540. I now find that most POIs are unsearchable as I get the message 'One moment please...' and that is where it sticks. I get the same message when navigating to a crossing or intersection. After putting in the first road, that same message appears. The Rider went back to TT, who claim there is nothing wrong, but were only interested in the original maps. ANyone have a similar problem - and a solution?
