What version of the software have you updated to?
What map version have you got installed?
It may be that the new software is not compatible with an old map version.
Do you have a backup from before the software upgrade? _________________ Paul |

Do you have a back up of the device from prior to the update? - Mike |

Hmm, struggling with this one.
Did the map come with the device or have you downloaded it through home?
Can I suggest that you take a backup now using windows explorer to copy everything from your tomtom to a folder on the PC. Before things get any worse. _________________ Paul |

If you have firmware 8x and the maps are still at the v7 level, the firmware may not recognize the existence of the maps.
After making the FULL Explorer backup as suggested (ensure the hidden files/folders are showing), try using Home to remove all loose files in the root of the unit, then go here
and dl version 7.166 firmware (3rd from bottom). Install and see if the maps are then 'seen'. _________________ David |

Never heard of that issue, but it's worth a try! |
