is my TomTom dying on me?

Hey all, I've bought a TomTom Go520 for Xmas, I've been playing with it for a while and everything was fine, but now I can't switch it on at all! What's wrong with it? I'm currently charging it to check it's got nothing to do with the battery but it still wouldn't work, has it happened to anybody? What can I do to ressuscitate my TomTom?

Welcome to the forum, have you tried pushing the reset switch on the base of the device with a paper clip or similar? - You won't lose any data or settings doing this - Mike
