Medion GoPal E3230

I bought a Medion GoPal E3230 from Aldi in September of this year, but the picture freezes after about ½ an hour then goes back to normal after about 3-5 minutes. Or if I was to reset it(turn it off and on), it will go back to normal operation.
Has anybody else had a simmilar problem? I took it back to Aldi but they wrongly told me that I have to deal with Medion. I am currently writing to their head office.
