Bluetooth sound

I must be doing something stupid but I have paired my phone to my new Garmin 965T but I have no sound on the Garmin. Do I need to pair the Nuvi seperately with a bluetooth headset?

I have since discovered that there was something wrong with the network in my area that has since been repaired. That was why there was no sound for some reason (3G/2G).

However I have now also discoved that you can only connect one bluetooth device to the Nuvi 765T (yes you were right) at a time. I was trying to connect a bluetooth phone and a bluetooth headset (like you could on the Streetpilot 2820) and this simply does not work.

If you know of a way how to connect the phone and the headset at the same time so that the sound is played through the headset, I would appreciate hearing about it.
