Lost Favourites and POI's After Update

After docking my TT with the computer I was ask to update which I did, it then said to disconnect and reconnect TT and the TT was updated ok but I have no Favourites or POI's that I had added, I have not lost them before on an update, I had previously backed up my TT so did a restore thinking I would have them back but they were still not there so wondered how I can restore all my Favourites, any help would be much appreciated.
