TomTom GPS Bluetooth for Palm (not a review yet)

It was a bleeding edge for me to get my hand on the yearned for "TomTom GPS Bluetooth for Palm". From my personal experience, as well as some other users' experiences all over the world I could find from the internet, I'd like to ask thouse who purchased this GPS unit:

1. Did you enounter any "dataMgr.c index out of range" fatal error every tenth or eleventh time you invoked the program?

If so, which retailer did you get your unit from?

2. When you received the TomTom package, did the seal on the software wrapping broken?

3. Please check according to the procedure outlined here and let us know the version of your program?

I will post a practical end user review later.
