Temporary ones for roadworks, or a permanent installation?
Have you submitted them on the main map page? Free "Life" subscription if you're the first. |

Looks like Permanent ones going in, for those that know the area they start just before the Avon bridge.
I have submitted the first start location and will submit the rest as and when they install them. |

I would suspect temporary, as road works are due to start very soon on the bridge. |

How often is the datbase updated? These SPECS have appeared, and are shown on the map as still to be added to the datbase. |

Is it possible to see who and when 1st reported a fixed camera, and who received the lifetime sub for the submission.
Having now found this thread dated 27th Aug it explains why my entries on 2nd and 3rd Sept did not qualify

No, the extra work would be crippling... (and to say who was first would probably break some data protection rules or something!)
Have a read of THIS POST and the ones linked in it. |

It was not a complaint and I had already glanced at a number of those threads. Just interested by how much I was pipped to the post |

I don't know the answer, but for "fixed" units like these, when our Administrator first pins them onto his map, every one of them looks like a shotgun spread. Another half a dozen were up for verifying there too, but have been rejected as extras (by both Andy and me separately). You might have been pipped by days, hours, minutes or even seconds. Every submission is automatically time/date stamped, untouched by human hands and the earliest accurate one gets the toffee apple. _________________ Dennis
