Fitness First UK Gyms

All the fitness first gyms with the following exceptions are now included in the POI Fitness First file!

Excluded are
- All fitness first for women (not got to these yet!)
- Jersey (Falls outside Google GB area!!)

So for those who use these gyms the file is as up to date as the FF website. I have tried to include in the name of the club those that are Black Label, Platinum (PLAT) and Express. I may have missed a couple of Black labels in the title so always check with the club in advance

Thanks for submitting all of those gyms to the Fitness First file. It's good to constantly improve our PocketGPSWorld POIs with both content and accuracy.
