Nuvi 350 problems - need new - but what - suggestions pls

My old 350 (when they first came out) has developed a problem I can't seem to solve..... and going away on Tuesday and need one URGENTLY.
:

NEEDS
EU Maps
Voice recognition with turn by turn as 350
Ability to add POI's
Avoid Roads, tolls etc.,

WOULD LIKE
Ability for more than 1 Via
Would really like the ability to have custom roads, as in Streetpilot 2*** series
Vehicle width/Height/Weight would be nice for RV

Need to be able to order tonight/tomorrow and get it Monday...or buy it in PCW

Any thoughts please, the Garmin website comparison tool isn't much good really....
