Route duplication

have just installed city navigator europe 2008 update onto my nuvi 310. Now when i search for a route they are all duplicated. How can i remove the old maps.
Have searched Garmin forums to find info but with no luck. Resetting my nuvi doesn't remove the old maps either.

What shows up for 'maps' under 'settings' (assuming you have that)? You may have both sets, ticked as 'selected'. If so try clearing one of them.
