I'm tring to help out someone "in another place" and have said:

I think I am right in saying that with JUST the system files installed and no folders at all, the TT should still boot up and get as far as saying something like "no maps found".


To save me having to delete everything on my own machine to see if I'm right, can anyone confirm that?


I'm thinking it might need also at least one voice too (or does it only need that to actually "work").

I think it also needs the data.chk file rather than a voice file - Mike

A bit vague of me there... Embarassed

By "system files" I meant the "not in any folders" ones.
That includes the data.chk, so we're fine.
