I've just bought a Nuvi 250W, and wondered if anyone could recommend a carry case for the 2xxW series?
Surprisingly, Garmin don't sell one (or at least their weibsite does not list one under Accessories), and if they did it would probably cost an arm and a leg...
There are a few listed on Ebay, but they are soft cases which seem to be open at one end, which makes them next to useless. There's also a US-based seller advertising a product, but it's obviously "generic" and much too big to fit in your pocket.
It occurred to me that there's probably a make and model of PDA (e.g. the Ipaq series) that is the same size, and for which a hard plastic case would be available. Anyone know and/or recommend a product that they've used successfully? |

Thanks Neil,
Ideally I'd like a plastic hard shell case (as I'm quite sure I'll drop it at some point in future...) but a leather one should offer a fair bit of protection.
I'll nip along to Halfords tomorrow and have a butchers.
Any other options gratefully received. |
