Odd 720T Bluetooth behaviour

Using my TT unit to use my Nokia 6230i and twice today have incoming call from Vodafone messaging (121).

Message started then I got a continuous whooping noise from the unit.
Cancelling the call on the Nokia the whooping remained on the TT; the only way to shut up the unit wa switch off.
As I was passing the Rugby radio masts site on the M1 at time, thought it may have been interference.

I then had another 121 calls miles away and same grief; any ideas
