installing poi's (from your site) on my TomTom Go 920T

Hello, this is my first posting on this forum and would like someone to tell me, if possible, how to install the new poi's I have just downloaded from this website on to my tomtom go 920t, that are currently in a zip file on my external hard drive.

Do I assume correctly that if I have already connected my tomtom to my vista pc that I just need to 'open' the zip file, or do I drag the zip file onto the 'tomtom' icon that appears in the 'computer' window - if I click on 'computer' on the desktop - then somehow find this zip file on my tomtom and open it from there???

any help much appreciated, thanks
