New One v4 mount - locking wheel?

The pix of the new v4 mount seem to indicate that it uses some sort of locking wheel. Can anyone confirm.

I've been trying my old man's ONE v3 in my Fiat 500 this weekend and it keeps falling off the screen - the 'petal' mount doesn't seem to like my screen. I'm sure a mount with a locking lever would fair better, so wonder whether the new mount uses a similar principle.

If you mean the very latest ONE models (I can't keep up with all the One MKII, ONE V4 shenanigans!) then yes. It has a large locking wheel that applies suction to the mount.
