I'm thinking of getting a new 720 How do I know what I am buying is not 'old stock' with an out of date map? Do you get a free map update with the product?

The device will be supplied with a map guarantee card that can be used to download the very latest map, if this fails to work automatically you will need to contact TomTom support on 0845 161 0009 where they will request a copy of the purchase receipt (electronic scanned and sent via e-mail should be OK) then you will get your latest map - Mike
