Hi, I just paid my £19 by Paypal (from credit card), the payment went through successfully but the site still thinks I'm not a subscriber.
It looks like an account problem - the IPN mechanism you use didn't pick up my Nuke user account. I've also noticed that my account seems to have been desynched between the forum (bbtonuke) and the main site (nuke itself) - ie: I appear to be logged into the forum but not into the main site, although I can get to my Nuke account control panel.
I've seen this problem before because I've had it on my own site (takes payments, uses IPN to change status on a Nuke account).
Paypal transaction id is REMOVED BY PAULB2005, invoice ID is REMOVED BY PAULB2005.
A separate comment - it's very confusing for new users to subscribe to the database. I really had to click around the site before I could figure out how to do it. As it's a major feature I really feel you should add a block to the front page that gives a direct link etc... |

I did post in another similar thread that PayPal have had some server issues today so this may explain the issue. Perhaps there has been a delay in our receiving the payment token.
Anyhoo, glad to hear all is now working _________________ Darren Griffin |
