Speed warning distances

Does anyone have a reliable list of warning distances to set into my ONE.
I had them all adjusted perfectly to give me the right amount of warning for the type of camera and to aviod false alarms but all this info got wiped when I downloaded the latest version update from TomTom. (any suggestions as to how to stop this happening again!)

Just use the "times Ten Rule" if its a 30MPH camera use 300 yards, if its 50 MPH use 500 yards, for 70 use 700 yards - in the case of mobiles use the above figures PLUS 50% so a mobile 70 would become 1050 yards - Mike
