subscribed unable to download

Hi Mike,

Looking at the subscription history for user mikem I can see no record of any subscriptions at all.

Not to panic though, the most likely cause is you have another username to which the subscription is tied. If you can email me at subscriptionsATpocketgpsworldDOT.com with either your PayPal Transaction ID or any other email address or usernames you may have used I can perform a search and establish what the issue is here!

And no sooner did I post that than I located duplicate account. If you email me I will advise you of the details of the other account you have which does have an active subscription.

Once you have logged in using that account we can then delete the duplicate which you're not supposed to have!
