TT520 NOT working with iPod

Hi all

My iPod won't seem to work with my TT520

It's a 30GB iPod video, bought in '05

I connect it up, it seems to connect but when i go to the TT menu option it hangs on "10% completed (0 songs, 0 audiobooks found)

I can't think why this is...

All my ipod files are mp3s. None are from iTunes, but i wouldn't have thought that would matter

Anyone had any problems? I've googled loads but nothing has come up

Hi Jen - thanks for your link. I saw that post when i was going back through the forum but that's not it

I'm connecting the two with the correct cable - if you don't use the right cable the tomtom doesn't even acknowledge that it's connected to the ipod

My issue is that it connects, but doesn't seem to pull down the song list - it seems to get 'stuck' at 10% for some unknown reason

fixed this - if, like me, you don't use iTunes to copy songs to/from your ipod then it's worth connecting and seeing if there's an update to your iPod

seems to now work with the latest update
