Best GPS Software for Canada/US

I was bummed to see that TomTom doesn't offer maps of Canada. Do you guys know what's the best GPS map software for someone who lives in Vancouver, BC?

Mapopolis, Deluo Routis, and PowerLoc Destinator (the latter being a company based in Canada) have map coverage for Vancouver. If you want to know coverage for a particular place , give me the address and I can show you a screenshot.
