TomTom Traffic on Symbian UIQ3

I am using TTN6 on a Sony Ericsson P1i but constantly get a "An error occured on your TomTom device. Please try again." when trying to update traffic info. The subcription to traffic is new, the phone can connect to the internat fine and this can happen on other UIQ3 phones as well. Any ideas?

i had a similar problem with my sony ericsson w950 on vodafone. I found that if i changed the settings from vodafone wap to vodafone internet it would then connect no problems.
