720 handsfree buzzing

My brother has been through 2 720 units and both have had the loud buzzing noise while making handsfree calls.

He has contacted TT support and was told that they don't support Verizon at all and that was the root of his problem.

This is complete BS as I have Verizon and do not have the buzzing noise.

It looks like TT is trying to do everything they can to cover up their bad units.

TT, you should be ashamed. Garmin FTW!

This is completely ridiculous TomTom! Your units don't do what they are supposed to do and it is your fault!

How many units do we have to return to the store before we get a good one???

Oh, and by the way, I guess the don't support any non-GSM phone either as most or all (havent checked all of them) of them are GSM phones. A lot of good that does us here in the US!

mine used to buzz but the other person could hear me ,now that i've upgraded the buzz has gone and now they can't hear me ...what am i to do ...they do need to sort it out asap though
