TT2 Status Screen

I am running the Dell TT Nav 2 package (wired) on an X5. The only problem is that I cannot get anything to display on the status screen. I specifically want the co-ordinates displayed. All I get is a ? in the bottom bar.TomTom help don't want to know. There is a good sat lock as speed and heading displays. Downloaded Vito 2 Navigator, it works fine but co-ordinates small on screen..Has anyone come across this problem with TT2.I don't want to have to run two programs.
Keep up the good work I've learned a lot from the forum.

Your wired GPS receiver may be missing one or two NMEA attributes (namely GLL and GSA/GSV). Try to reprogram your receiver to include these attributes. GLL once per second, GSA and GSV once every five seconds.
