Thanks for your swift response, however I have noticed that database files are in KM and go upto 120 Kmph. It would be nice if we could have
have the same on the sound files. |

The problem is that the "real voice" sound files have been compiled from various different places over time, and it isn't easy or even possible to get the people who did them back again.
For example, "Vicki", "Andy" and "Liz" are local radio presenters in Leeds and Radio Aire, and did it as a favour!
The "computer" voices use various text to speech demos on the web, so there is nothing to stop you producing your own set in a similar style.
Send them in and they might even get added to the soundfiles download page.
You will need a good sound editor and a fair bit of time to do it though! |
