Help loading TomTom One speed camera files, please.

Hi, I want to install the speed cam files for Europe on my TomTom ONE Europe. Inside my Western map I have Radar files already installed which I presume are the TomTom loaded speed cam files for Europe. Should I remove these before installing the OV2 files for Europe speed cams?
