Need to complain to someone at TT - anyone know who?

I was one of those who bought a TT One in May which had the old map (660) but a new map was out (675). This was our third TT in the family. After sending proof I got a message on 21st May saying that I could get it via my TT Home. Not realising I needed a new Home set up I conected the new One to my old Home. It froze nearly immediately. After contacting TT they said that I needed to set up a new Home - which I did. It did not download. Contacted TT again and got a very terse, off-hand reply saying I had activated the new map on the 19th and that is why I can not get it again. They said I must have put it on another TTof mine!!!. I replied saying that was impossible because they did not tell me it was available till the 21st (all this is in the History Log) AND the other two TTs have been away with my sons for about ten weeks AND the code of the TT they said it had been downloaded to, did not match any of the three we have. I asked them to check whos TT had that code and send me teh map again.
They will not reply to me now and I have asked 3 times.

I need to write to someone in authority. Any ideas please.
