Hi. Is it possible with a TT one V2 to plan future trips that will be commencing from your holiday destination. I presume you could do it using Waypoints but is there an alternative method. Thanks Andrew |

Connect your device to your PC and use TomTom Home. You can bring up a virtual version of your device on screen, and plan itineraries in exactly the same way as you would do with the real one. Before you start, you have to set your "current location" (because the GPS doesn't work in this virtual mode). You can set this to any desired start point. When you are satisfied with the itinerary, save it and you can use it when you need it on holiday.

You could create a custom POI group and then save all the locations you plan on visiting in that group or you can create and save itineraries. _________________ Darren Griffin |

At the bottom of the window on the left, is a section Titled 'More ...'
If you click that, you will in due course get a Virtual Device on the PC Screen.
As this will probably be the first time you've done it, you might get a message saying that a component needs downloading/installing. This is a dll File for the type of Device that is connected. Just OK it.
Once installed the PC uses the data on the SD Card and displays the ONE in the HOME Window. _________________ Richard
