Memory Card

Hi everyone, my first post.
I've just bought the TT1 v2.
At the moment I can't use TT Home as my laptop only has Win98. Will be back on my main WinXP in a couple of weeks time.
I've backed up the SD card via a card reader, have ordered a new 1GB card which still hasn't arrived yet.
Can someone tell the minimum amount of things need on the SD card so that I can add some POI's, Speed Camera etc.
I'm assuming I could delete the TT Home stuff.

Is it the UK version or Europe? if its UK you will have loads of space so don't worry, if its Europe I would look at which voices you actually need and remove those not required, open the dataXX.vif file (XX) being a number to work out which country they are for (use note pad to view the files) data05.chk data05.vif and the files numbered 06 are the UK voices IIRC - Mike

Hi Mike

Its the UK version, card says it has about 4mb of free space. As I'm not familiar with Satnavs I don't know how far 4mb will go.
I've downloaded the Speed Camera POI's and got that working a treat, thats the all in one version for now, and have downloaded lots of other POI's too including some more voices.

Does there have to be a minimum of freespace on the SD card, to be used as system memory like on a PC, or is this not the case.
