help needed,button stuck in on soft reset

Well I did it,broke the rotton thing tryiong top load tt5 on it,I think the soft reset button is stuck or something,it keeps trying to reload after I hit the hard reset button on the back,don't know what else i did prob rubbed off some vital files or something ,anyone got ideas? other than don't mess around with what you don't know? Lorri
