What software are you trying to use with the GPS unit? - Mike |

Assuming it is TomTom version 5 software and the GPS is a CF card type, tap the screen and select Change Preferences/ Show GPS Status , tap the configure buttonselect Other NMEA GPS Receiver, Baud speed is 4800, on the next screen is a list of ports one will say something like "GPS on SP2" or mention CF card select that one, the program should now see the GPS unit - Mike |

Try a soft reset. This used to happen with my iPaq. Thats why I changed to a TomTom One. _________________ Regards

If you need to download a user manual for your H2210 you can get one here.
