Question regarding speed camera settings on Tomtom One

Hi all

I've just bought a TomTom One and have installed the speed camera update which I bought with the unit (so not from this website - didn't know it existed here unfortunately).

I don't like having the voice on my satnav so have it turned off, however that means I cannot hear the camera warnings either. I was wondering if there is a way to audibly warn me of the speed cameras without turning on the voice?

Any help much appreciated.

1. Do a search for "silent voice" to install an "empty" set of instructions,
or
2. You may have some "greyed out" voices when you go to 'Choose voice' in the menu - try selecting one of those. This sometimes works and is easier than installing the sient voice.
