|
|
I cant seem to update my 6.522 firmware to the new 6.524 for some reason. When TomTom Home downloads the new firmware it ask's to install the new 6.524 and starts the procedure, but it deletes 6.522 and then says the installation file does not excist. So I end up restoring a previous backup of the 6.522.
Any help will be greatly appreciated |

Try updating WITHOUT using home, I don't know where you get the latest update file from, i'm sure someone will point you in the right direction. _________________ Tomtom Go730T

Thanks, in that case I take it, its just a case of replacing one file with the other on the SD card?

The 6.524 Installation CAB File should still be in the Folder that HOME downloads to.
You can find out where this is by going to File | Preferences | Advanced. _________________ Richard

There's a lot in that cab file!
It would be easier to just copy the 5 or 6 actual system files he needs.
Now, where have I seen them? |
