Traffic settings for samsung d600on voda- help req?

Hi all,
I'm presently attempting to setup tomtom traffic between my go 510 and samsung d600. My firmware etc is as per sig below. I'm reasonably confident that I have gprs set up already as I can access the internet via the voda mobile settings which are as below. My problem is that when trying to setup traffic I just get the message "unable to setup a wirless connection on your phone" or words similar. I've got it sorted via my wifes tmobile phone so I'm assuming that my phone profile settings are wrong. If anyne with a similar setup can assist I'd be obliged.
Settings are:
Profile name : Vodafone contract
home url : http://live.vodafone.com
Bearer: GPRS first
Proxy: enable
Under GPRS settings the Proxy IP is 212.183.137.12
Proxy Port is 8799
APN is wap.vodafone.co.uk
login ID = wap
password =***
Under GSm settings the Proxy IP is 212.183.137.12
Proxy port is 8799
Dial number +447836900808
Login ID and password are blank
Data call type is ISDN

That's it.
