TOM TOM ONE SAFTY CAMERAS?

HELLO ALL I BOUGHT A NEW TOM TOM ONE GB AND IRELAND AND SUBSCRIBED TO THE YEAR OF SAFETY CAMERAS I HAVE DOWNLOADED THEM AND INSTALLED THEM ON MY TOM TOM BUT IS THERE ANYTHING MORE I HAVE TO DO?
I SAVED THE CAMERAS UNDER POINT OF INTEREST BIT WELL I DIDNT BUT THE TOM TOM HOME DID
I AM REALLY CONFUSED WILL THIS SPEED CAMERA THING JUST WORK WHEN I AM ON THE ROAD OR DO ANYTHING ELSE TO MAKE IT WORK
PLEASE HELP

Welcome to the forum, you can check if its working correctly by using Advanced planning, set a departure point (home) and destination that provides a route past a known local camera.
Once set use View Route/ Show Route Demo select a speed of 100% and watch the unit play as if driving, you should get an alert when passing the known camera location.
That said the TomTom Speed Camera database is not as accurate or upto date as the offering from this site, give it a try and see what you think though - Mike
