Installing Camera Database onto NavMan N40i

Please help! I have downloaded the camera database to my desktop, but when I try to install it onto my NavMan N40i (following the instructions given on the Pocket GPS UK Safety Camera Database - NAVMAN)
I cannot see the file, I think it's because the download is ASC and the NavMan SmartST is looking for CSV files. Can anyone please advise me on what I am doing wrong and how to overcome the problem. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum, can you have a look at THIS Post, it explains how to get the ST to see the asc files, and its much easier than re-naming all the file extensions - Mike

Thanks Mike, but I have already done that. The system recognises the files without any problems, and appears to download them to the device. But they just don't appear on the 530
