New maps on TT5 but 'maps not found'

I've been using TomTom on ipaq 2210 for nearly 3 years, but I'm not much good at diagnosing and fixing faults, so pls bear with me.

I am running TT5 and decided to download and install the latest UK maps. I bought a new SD card (512) for this. Everything has been downloaded and installed and I can see the new maps and post codes sitting on the SD card - so why am I getting 'no maps found' when I try to use TT? I'm sure there is an easy answer to this, so can someone please tell me what it is??!

Not sure if this will work for you it did for me, no harm in trying it though.

Be sure you got a folder on your SD card named 2577 (in the root), which must contain a file named AutoRun.exe, this can be a dummy file (size 0 bytes), created with notepad.

Like i said this worked for me on an H4150 ipaq.
