But as we’re losing ad-revenue from this then why not make a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!

I have the kenwood G-520 and have installed the Uk-speed zoned complete database successfully. I thought when a camera position comes up on the screen it would tell me what sort of camera is, but it doesn't, is this correct ?

Hi, I don't know your system, so can't give an accurate answer, the single file tells you there is a camera ahead, the consolidated files tells you there is a gatso, or mobile etc ahead, the speed zoned files tell you there is a gatso at 30mph ahead etc. When I say "Tells you", it displays an icon on the screen, you don't get a spoken warning. You may have to set up the warnings, on TomTom, you enable the POi's, and set up the distance, and the warning sound, and for the warning, I have downloaded the spoken warnings from this site, so I get the icon on the screen, and a voice tells me "Warning, gatso at 30mph". I don't know if the spoken warnings are available for your system, but the database will need to be enabled and set up, before it works. Hope this helps. _________________ Audi A3 Sline sat nav
